The Challenges
Roof Replacement and Restoration at Hermosa Valley Elementary School consisted of removal of existing roof system at various locations, including Office, Tech Lab, Canopy, Gym and Library and replacing with Garland Modified Bitumen in an area of approximately 75,000 square feet.
Roof Restoration and Coating at Hermosa View Elementary School included power-washing the current roof system and removal of existing mastic and flashing at penetrations and parapet wall areas followed by the application of Garland White-Knight Plus WC covering an area of 43,000 square feet.
