Kaiser Foothill Ranch MOB

The Challenges

The single-story 36,000 square-foot building is located in the community of Foothill Ranch within the city of Lake Forest. The new medical offices include outpatient services, a pharmacy,
laboratory and an imaging center as well as family medicine physicians, pediatricians and a full nursing staff.

BEST was selected to furnish and install all flashing & sheet metal work, including the installation of all composite metal wall panels, exterior aluminum wall louvers. A sloped metal canopy with drainage gutters & downspouts, weather barriers and metal fascia were also installed throughout the building.

Kaiser Thousand Oak Hillcrest

The Challenges

BEST was selected for the reroofing project of this Kaiser Medical Facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. Best removed approximately 180 squares of existing tile, installed new underlayment, metal flashings, then reinstalled the existing roof tile.

The primary challenge for this project was maintaining the safety of the patients, visitors, and staff as the job was done during the busiest time of the day. BEST was in constant communication with the project manager in regards to the strict scheduling of the project to retain the highest level of safety possible.
