Ross Stores MVDC Phase 5

BEST was selected to furnish and install the roofing system for this new Ross Stores Distribution Center in Moreno Valley, CA. A builtup roofing system by GAF I-B-4-M totaling approximately 600,000 square feet was installed over R-19 rigid insulation, mechanically fastened over metal and wood decks in different areas; 4-story metal deck high bay area, 2-story plywood deck low bay area, new employee entrance and pump house. BEST also installed all the components of the roofing system, including insulations, base sheets, cap sheets, sheet metal flashings/counter flashings, gutters and downspouts, metal copings and scuppers.

Additionally, 300 double dome smoke hatches and double dome skylights were installed.
