BEST was selected to provide below and above-grade Waterproofing at designated areas, including Traffic Coating at the 2nd and 3rd Floor Retail levels; Slab Waterproofing at the 4th Floor and 8th Floor Pool Area, and Decorative Traffic Coating at the 4th through 8th level balcony areas.
