The Challenges
The Browning Road School, now known as the Browning Road STEAM Academy, was originally built in 1953 in a response to overcrowded classrooms in the area.
BEST was selected to furnish and install 1,100 square feet of Carlisle 60 mil TPO Membrane Roofing; 14,500 square feet of GAF Timberline Asphalt Shingles; 30,000 square feet of White Knight Plus Fluid-Applied Waterproofing, as well as Sheet Metal Flashing & Trim.
