The Challenges
Dodger Stadium has been the home of unique and special moments, Hall of Famers and World Champions. This stadium has a rich history that places it among the truly great sporting venues in history. It is the third oldest continually used park in Major League Baseball and stands as one of the most unique and scenic sports settings, carved into the hillside of Chavez Ravine overlooking downtown LA to the south and the San Gabriel mountains to the north.
Dodger Stadium added two food services with outdoor grills and specialty fare located in the plaza area. Tommy Lasorda’s Italian Trattoria is located at the right-field area of the plaza and the
Think Blue BBQ is on the left-field area.
BEST was selected to provide all materials and labor for Roofing and Waterproofing system for the two concession areas in the plaza. A total of 92 square feet of PVC roofing systems were
mechanically fastened 1/4” dens deck primed over metal deck.
