Earvin “Magic” Johnson Park – Phase 1A

Originally known as the Willowbrook Recreation Area, the 104 acre park was renamed the Earvin “Magic” Johnson Regional County Park in 2015. Phase 1 had been budgeted at $70 million and includes a 20,000 square foot community events center to host a variety of events, an outdoor wedding pavilion, splash pad, children’s play areas, walking paths and better security lighting.

BEST was selected to furnish and install 20,000 square feet of Sarnafil 60 mil PVC Membrane Roofing on main roof area, along with installation of walk pads where designated. Additional scope of work included installing 150 square feet of Siplast SBS Torch applied membrane roofing at the Treatment Plant.
