The Challenges
The Los Angeles County Hall of Records houses offices for the Alternative Public Defender, Probation Department, Regional Planning, Sheriff’s Department, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
BEST was selected to furnish and install Hot Fluid Applied Rubberized Asphalt Watrprooding at Plaza, under pavers and at planters, as well as Crystalline Waterproofing at Basement wall. Additional scope of work included removing and replacing existing caulking at pavers; remove existing pavers and store onsite for reinstallation and the additional of 130 new pavers.
