Marina Manor Senior Housing
The Challenges
First acquired by the Housing Authority in 1984, the Marina Manor Apartments consists of 224 assisted-living units that caters to seniors and disabled residents.
BEST was selected to furnish and install GAF HydroStop Liquid-Applied system over the existing roof area of approximately 3,000 square feet. The scope of work also included required prep work, and adjusting grading for proper drainage.
