The Challenges
Olive Vista Middle School is considered one of LAUSD North District’s prestigious Schools for Advanced Studies geared towards programs developed specifically to meet the increasing demand for high-level academic programs that challenge high learners requiring advanced learning beyond the core curriculum.
BEST was selected to furnish a variety of systems including installing approximately 15,000 square feet of Carlisle below grade self-adhering sheet waterproofing at retaining walls and ramp; 54,100 square feet of Sarnafil PVC roofing; 1,200 square feet of Berridge Cee-Lock Standing Seam Metal Roof and 1,000 square feet of Elward ACM Wall Panels, as well as 12 Ciralight Solar Tracking Skylights.
