The Challenges

First constructed in the early 1960s, Harvey Milk Terminal 1 is being redeveloped at an estimated cost of $2.4 billion to accommodate the millions of passengers traveling through SFO each year, while continuously providing world-class, environmentally friendly traveling experience.

BEST was selected to furnish and install approximately 460,000 square feet of Carlisle Membrane TPO roofing, which also included installing insulted concrete below the roofing membrane. Sheet Metal Flashing and Metal Roof Panels were also installed at designated areas.
