The Challenges
Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (The Wallis) officially opens its doors to the public in October 2013. This new venue transforms a Beverly Hills city block into a vibrant new cultural destination. Together with the Historic 1933 Italianate-style Beverly Hills Post Office, these two structures embrace the city’s history and future, creating a new landmark.
BEST Contracting Services Inc. was selected to perform roofing and waterproofing. A total of 17,000 square feet of clay tile and 15,600 square feet of thermoplastic PVC roofing system was installed on several different roof areas.
